Lady Gaga broke down in tears while speaking on stage at the 2018 American Cinematheque Award Presentation honoring her A Star is Born co-star and friend Bradley Cooper held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California on Thursday night, November 29.

The 32-year-old singer and actress was joined on stage by her co-star Sam Elliot as they paid tribute to honoree Bradley.

Gaga looked amazing in a semi-sheer Azzedine Alaia gown, accessorizing with a sizable ring and Amwaj diamond earrings.

Bradley, who looked dapper in a classic midnight blue Gucci suit, was presented with the coveted award by Oscar-winner Sean Penn.

Other stars stepping out to support Bradley at the event included Alyssa Milano, Patricia Clarkson, Jennifer Garner, Zach Galifianakis, Ed Helms, Vince Vaughn and his wife Kyla Weber, and Katharine Ross.
